Diagnosis
The specified release () is not the same as the system release (). However this must be the case for blended packages.
The entry has probably been made by a direct insertion in the maintenance table rather than by the corresponding function of the org. package, which sets the correct release automatically.
Procedure
Change the release so that it is the same as the system release.
