Selection partitioning analysis should run in before program creation

Diagnosis
Selection partitioning analysis should run before creation of conversion programs.
If after analysis, you decide to use its results to parallelize the selection phase of a given table, then the conversion programs for these tables need to be generated (if such programs already exist, they need to be regenerated).
System Response
Saving the results of the analysis does not have any effect if it is performed after the programs are generated.
