Specified include was not declared to be used for table . It can be found neither in CNVINCL table for package nor in CNVINCLTAB table for package and table .
System Response
The conversion programs will not be generated correctly.
Procedure
Make sure, the correct routine and include containing this routine has been chosen. If so - maintain CNVINCLTAB or CNVINCL table with corresponding entry.
