Diagnosis
Component is indicated in CNV_INDX_TABLES but not in RELID directory. This generally shouldn't happen, because it means that knowledge about RELIDs' structures gathered in CNV_INDX_STRUC doesn't comply with real RELID structure.

Update knowledge in CNV_INDX_STRUC table.
There is a program in development class CNV_21500, which compares RELID structures in directory and in CNV_INDX_STRUC table. It might be helpful to find out the actual structure of a RELID.
