Diagnosis
Service package numbers have a hierarchical relationship.
Superior service package number will not be deleted;
inferior service package number will be deleted.
System Response
Warning.
Procedure
Ask the customer if they really want to delete only a part of a hierarchy structure, or if other service package numbers are meant to be deleted as well.
