Diagnosis
Retail reference site of type store will be deleted.
However sales organization (and distribution channel ), which refers to retail reference site in table TVKOV, will not be deleted!!

Check if the reference is actually in use.
Check if another retail reference site could be used instead, and which additional steps would be required to change the reference. It may be necessary to ask a Retail specialist for support in finding a solution.
