Diagnosis
There are plant specifications for evaluation of the inspection point.
System Response
In Customizing under Quality management -> Quality Planning -> Inspection planning -> General, there is a step called Define identifications for check points. In this step, one or more plant specifications for evaluation of inspection points have been defined. It was now found that plant specification will be removed during the deletion process (table TQ79).
Procedure
Check thoroughly if this record should really be deleted in table TQ79. If you are not absolutely sure, you may want to exclude the following tables from the deletion:
- TQ79 - Table with inspection point/user field combinations
- TQSS1 - System setting RM-QSS: Plant level
- QPMZ - Assignment table - insp. methods/master insp. characteristic
- QPMK - Inspection characteristic master
- QPAM - Inspection catalog selected sets
- QPAC - Inspection catalog codes for selected sets
- QMTT - Inspection Method Texts
- QMTB - Inspection method master record
- QMAT - Inspection type - material parameters
- QINF - QM-info record for material and vendor
- QDQL - Quality level
- QCVM - Certificate profile characteristic level
- QALS - Inspection lot record
- QAPP - Inspection point
Caution: If you do not check this properly, you may endanger the functions of quality management as a whole.
If possible, contact the responsible QM consultant.
