Some jobs for table &1 ar not yet in the update phase

Diagnosis
This error occurs only if the following conditions are met:
- Drop-insert technique is used
- Selection partitioning is used
In this case, the update of table (to be converted) must not start yet because some jobs may still be in the selection phase and the table has not yet been dropped and re-created.
