Diagnosis
Index for table did not exist in the database already before the conversion. However it was selected manually to be dropped during the conversion.
System Response
The index will not be recreated, because the reason for that it didn't exist is unknown.
Procedure
If you are sure that the index should exist create in manually using Database Utility (transaction code SE14).
