Diagnosis
Description were defined maybe in attribute table and in description table also, or only in description table, but multiple times.
System Response
As only one description can be stored for a language, the system overwritten the previously defined description with the next one from the description table for the same language.
Procedure
Try to avoid to set multiple descriptions for the same language.
