To be able to activate parameter &1, business function &2 must be active

Diagnosis
You want to set the Customizing parameter to activate additional functions in CAD desktop. This is not possible because business function either is not available in this system or has not been activated.
System Response
The system does not set Customizing parameter if business function is not active.
Procedure
First activate business function in transaction SFW5 and then set the desired value for Customizing parameter .
If the business function is not available, check if the corresponding software component has been installed (for example, PLMWUI 701).
