The validity period for user &1 was exceeded: No workflow

Diagnosis
User has caused a cycle and must be notified via workflow.
System Response
The system does not generate a workflow because the validity period for the user's logon was exceeded.
Procedure
Check if the valid to date is correct for the logon data, and extend the validity period, if necessary.
If you do not want to change the validity period, a user with sufficient authorization can also remove the cycle.
You can display the cycle using transaction CCSEQ_CYCLE. To do so, enter in the user selection field, and activate the selection restriction Only as Person Responsible.
