Diagnosis
When importing the XML monitor description, you specified a target monitor set. However, this does not exist.
System Response
The system cannot assign your imported monitors. The XML document was rejected.
Procedure
Check the specification "Target Monitor Set" and ensure that this exists before importing the monitors again.
