Diagnosis
You want to define a leading change master record as a basis change. The change number status allows date shifts. However, you can only define leading change master records as basis changes if their status does NOT allow date shifts.
System Response
The system does not allow the definition as a basis change.
Procedure
Select a status with which date shifts are not allowed.
