ECR: an object management record is required

Diagnosis
You want to edit an object with the chosen change number. This change number identifies an engineering change order. In this case, you can only edit change objects with this change number if an object management record exists for this object type in the change master record.
Exception:
For the object types of the classification system and of variant configuration, object management records are not yet supported.

Procedure
Before you can edit the change object with reference to this change number, an object management record must first be created for the change object in the engineering change order.
