System status: the ECR is not yet converted to an ECO

Diagnosis
You want to process an object (for example, BOM or document) with reference to the change number of an ECR.
System Response
The system checks the system status of the ECR. The ECR must be converted to an ECO.
Procedure
The ECR you selected has not yet been converted to an ECO.
You cannot process the change object with reference to this change number until you convert the ECR (system status "Convert ECR").
