Diagnosis
You want to create an ECR and have chosen the function leading change master record.
A leading change master record controls,
- when the change should become effective, and
- groups together several change packages that the different change objects are allocated to
System Response
The system checks the function of the change master record.
Procedure
You can only create the request with one of the following functions:
- change number without release
- change number with release
- change package
