Diagnosis
No appropriate generation (WWI) server was found in Customizing for the following criteria:
- Destination type =
- Destination =
- Printer type =
System Response
Generation was not carried out.
Procedure
Procedure for System Administration
The corresponding generation servers must be entered in Customizing and be active. To ensure this, check the following IMG activities:
- Specify Generation Servers
- Check WWI Destinations and Assign Generation Servers
Check the destination type in this IMG activity.
The generation order has the status 'with error' for the dispatcher if no generation server is assigned to the destination. Once the error is corrected, the report must be generated again.
The generation order has the status 'waiting' for the dispatcher if the generation server is not active. In this case, you should activate the generation server first and then the dispatcher. To do this, in the EH&S menu, choose Basic Data and Tools -> Tools -> WWI Monitor -> Utilities -> Activate Server.
