System Response
The system did not change the status of the document.
Procedure
Run the same search again. The status may have already been changed.
The system supports the following status changes:
Work request ==> In work ==> Reset status or automatic
assignment when you create the Word document
Unknown ==> In work ==> Reset status
System error ==> In work ==> Reset status
Error ==> In work ==> Reset status
Completed ==> Release ==> Release status
In work ==> Release ==> Release status
Released ==> Historical ==> Historical status
Check the Customizing of the EH&S document types in the IMG activity Check Document Types and Document Statuses using the Note 995736.
Check in Customizing in the IMG activity Define Workstation Application whether the program name WWIEXE32.EXE is entered under Define Workstation Application in Network for the workstation application WWI.
