Diagnosis

For characteristics whose keys begin with EHS, the following causes are possible:

  1. The characteristic is not contained in any of the namespaces specified in Customizing.
  2. You are not authorized to edit characteristics in the namespace in which the characteristic is found.
  3. No namespaces have been specified in Customizing.

Procedure

Procedure for System Administration Enter a permitted key for the characteristic. If you want to use the original key, check the number ranges and the system reaction settings for the relevant namespace.
