Change number and spec. deletion type & can only be used together

Diagnosis
One of the following causes exists for the import parameters:
- You have entered a change number without the specification deletion type .
- You have entered the specification deletion type without a change number.
Importing with change numbers is possible only with specification deletion type .
Procedure
If you have specified a change number, delete it from the import parameters or specify the specification deletion type &1.
If you have not specified a change number, either enter a change number or change the specification deletion type.
