&1: Phrase set assignment cannot be imported for phrase &2

Diagnosis

You wanted to import the phrase set assignment during phrase import. However, the phrase library is a passive library. Phrase set assignments can only be created for the active phrase library.

If the phrase has a phrase reference to an active phrase, the phrase set assignment can be carried out for the active phrase. However, in this case, no such phrase reference exists.

System Response

The phrase set assignment is not imported.

Procedure

If you want to import the assignment for an active phrase, create a phrase reference.
