Repeating group &1&2: No logical operator

Diagnosis
The first parameter of a blank compression group must be a logical operator.
The system supports the following operators:
- '*' : logical AND
- '+' : logical OR
System Response
The system uses the operator AND to process the blank compression group.
Procedure
Correct the logical operator specified in the report template.
