Diagnosis
The system stores deleted phrases for which no phrase reference exists in a backup phrase library. The phrase group for this phrase library is not specified correctly in Customizing.

Procedure for System Administration
In Customizing, define the phrase group for the backup phrase library as follows:
- If the phrase group does not exist, create it.
- Specify the phrase group in the environment parameter VPB_CATALOG_PHRGRP.
