Backup phrase library does not exist

Diagnosis
The system stores deleted phrases for which no phrase reference exists in a backup phrase library. This backup phrase library does not, however, exist in Customizing.

Procedure for System Administration
In Customizing, define a backup phrase library with corresponding phrase group as follows:
- If the phrase library with the phrase group does not yet exist, create both.
- Specify the phrase library and the phrase group in the following environment parameters:
- VPB_CATALOG_CATPIN
- VPB_CATALOG_PHRGRP
