Diagnosis
The value assignment header you want to save is not identical to the header the system read from the database. This means that data in the dialog is inconsistent.
System Response
The system is unable to save the data you entered.
Procedure
Exit the transaction and repeat the steps that led up to the error. If the error continues to occur, notify your system administrator.
