Diagnosis
The key entered already exists and is marked as deleted.
Procedure
Use a new key.
Alternatively, you can run the report RC1PHDEL (Set Missing Deletion Indicators and Physically Delete Data) that physically deletes data records from the database that were marked as deleted. See also the Customizing activity Set Up Job for Deleting Data.
You can then use the key again.
