Flat-rate price contract with relevancy to billing &1 not allowed

Diagnosis
Relevancy to billing is not allowed for BOS types for which a flat-rate price contract form has been defined.
System Response
Procedure
Change the relevancy to billing. You can choose the following values for a flat-rtae price contract:
' ' Not relevant to billing
'B' Resource-related billing - status depending on order quantity
'I' Resource-reltaed billing - billing plan
If you do not wish to change the relevancy to billing, you must choose a different BOS type with unit price contract.
