Inbound delivery &1 still has items that do not refer to a PO

Diagnosis
Some items in inbound delivery do not have a reference to a purchase order. All items must refer to a purchase order when you register the inbound delivery.
System Response
The system cannot register the inbound delivery.
Procedure
- Correct the incomplete items.
- Register the inbound delivery.
