Diagnosis

It has been entered in Customizing for generating the variable key for the extended rebate processing of the agreement type that data shall be copied into the field of the structure KOMFKGN. However, this field is not contained in the structure.

System Response

When the rebate is settled, the contents of the variable key cannot be copied into the structure KOMFKGN. The data contained is not copied into the credit memo.

Procedure

Adjust the Customizing settings for generating the variable key.
