Diagnosis
If you call the supervisor report RS_BGRFC_SUPERVISOR twice in a row and it takes longer than the time defined under 'short_time'in SAPMSSY6, or if you call the report once and it takes longer than the time defined under 'long_time', then the execution of this report is locked until midnight.
System Response
No other bgRFC schedulers are started.
Procedure
You can reactivate the call from Autobap in transaction SMLG by choosing
Goto->System Diagnosis->Cyclical System Programs.
Procedure for System Administration
This is caused by a resource bottleneck in the available work processes.
