Format does not allow you to use instructions together.
System Response
Despite this the instructions are transferred in the data medium. The payment medium was possibly created incorrectly.
Procedure
You can define instructions in Customizing, or enter them explicitly in the invoice document.
Effects on Customizing
You can define when this system message is to be issued in accordance with your requirements.
You do this in Customizing as follows: Cross-Application Components -> Bank Directory -> Change Message Control.
