Diagnosis

In the customer master record you have chosen, you have entered a head office.

Do not allocate this master record to a business partner with the type 'organization', as a subsidiary-head office relationship is only permitted for organizations.

Procedure

Change your entries in the customer account, or assign the account to a business partner with the type 'organization'.
