Diagnosis
You can´t access this table on the database, because it´s locked.
Diagnosis
If the table was used by another user the access is denied. The lock may still exist in your working area, although the table is accessible on the database. You can´t change the logging.
Procedure
Choose Edit -> Refresh database access. The current version of all tables will be loaded from the database.
