Tab layout &2 not fully defined

Diagnosis
You want to use tab layout for master data maintenance in application . Tab layout is defined in Customzing, but not a single group box has been assigned to the layout (that is, there are no entries in table for tab layout ).
System Response
Master data maintenance cannot be carried out.
Procedure
Assign at least one group box to tab layout in Customizing for application .
