Missing system settings. Standard "Archive Accesses" cannot be checked.

Diagnosis
The system cannot check the existence of archive read programs because none of the system#s clients is selected as the Customizing client. (There is no client in the T000 table with the value #C# in the CCCATEGORY field.) However, you have to check the existence of archive read programs and transactions stored in the ARCH_REPOW table in the Customizing client because this table is a Customizing table.
Procedure
Inform your system administrator.
