Customizing Error: Wrong presetting for maximum file size
Help Document
Diagnosis
According to the data archiving standard, the default setting for the maximum archive file size should be 100 MB. At any rate, the value has to be between 50 MB and 700 MB. If the value is too low, you will have too many files, if the value is to high, you will have problems saving the file, for example on a CD.
Furthermore, according to the standard, there should not be a default value for the maximum number of data objects in an archive file.
System Response
Procedure
Procedure for System Administration
For the archiving object , check the values of the fields "Maximum Size in MB" and "Maximum Number of Data Objects" in the Customizing transaction AOBJ.
