You cannot call up KW documentation for &1

Diagnosis
Although the entry for KW documentation exists in the table IWREFERENC, you cannot call it up.
Possible causes:
- The InfoObject has not yet been released
- The folder is not yet live in KW
- The system connection is not available
- Incorrect or incomplete configuration of the documentation connection to the system: The connection to the Knowledge Warehouse is incomplete or configured incorrectly. There may not be an XML configuration for the documentation. This means that you cannot call up documentation objects in XML.
