Diagnosis
According to the data archiving standard, the delete variant in the technical settings of archiving object-specific Customizing must adhere to the naming convention to be deliverable. Moreover, delete variants must adhere to a uniform naming convention. Depending on the archiving object, note the following:
- In the case of an SAP archiving object, the variant must begin with SAP& to be shipped to the customer. This means that the test mode variant must be called SAP&TEST and the production mode variant bust be SAP&PROD.
- In the case of a customer-specific archiving object, the variant must begin with CUS& so that it is available in all clients. This means that the test mode variant must be called CUS&TEST and the name of production mode variant must be CUS&PROD.
In Customizing of archiving object , the test mode variant is called and the production mode variant is . This means that at least one of these variant names does not comply with the standard.
