Diagnosis

You are setting up routing rules for archiving object or you want to change existing routing rules for archiving object . However, an active implementation for Business Add-In (BAdI) ARCH_ROUTING_EXTERN exists. This indicates that Archive Routing is to be employed, but without the use of routing rules.
