Diagnosis
When you defined the sorting sequence, you assigned the same number for two sort criteria. The sorting sequence is therefore ambiguous.

Procedure
The sorting sequence is defined by assigning numbers. A number may only occur once. The highest sorting criterium must have the smallest number.
