Diagnosis
You tried to create a communication note for a note number which is not yet used for any communication address of the associated communication type. This is also the case when communication addresses are created with notes, but only the notes reach the creation module because of an error.
System Response
The note is ignored.
Procedure
Ensure that the serial numbers of the notes to be inserted are used in the associated communication data.
