You tried to create a communication address and assign a comment to it using a serial number which is already used for an existing communication address in the database.
System Response
The system cannot decide whether the comment is to be created for the new communication address or the existing communication address in the database.
Procedure
Use a serial number which is not used for existing communication address in the database for the new communication address and its comment.
