Diagnosis

The components for the SAP GUI for the Windows Environment Seagate Crystal Reports Integration are not available completely.

To perform the intended functions, you need the Crystal Reports components for previewing and designing Crystal Reports templates for SAP, in addition to the SAP GUI.

These components are not part of the standard SAP GUI or Crystal Reports installation.
You can obtain these components from http://www.SeagateSoftware.com/SAP.
