The segment name must not be longer than 21 characters

Diagnosis
The segment name that is transferred must not be longer than 21 characters. If it is, it will cause syntax errors in the dynamically generated display program for the technical view. In some cases you may only be able to recognize that there are errors because the technical view is not functioning, in other words, there is no error message.
