Parallel processing cannot be started owing to concurrent runs

Diagnosis
Before parallel processing started, the system found other active parallel runs, running concurrently for the application type.
System Response
To prevent the concurrent parallel runs from causing data inconsistencies, the system will not start the current parallel processing.
Procedure
Attempt to start the current parallel processing again at a later time.
