Diagnosis

Another user is running one of the following transactions :

Define inflation indexes
Maintain inflation index values
Maintain composed indexes
Maintain active version
Inflation programs ( FI , FI-AA, MM, etc .. )

System Response

The system locked the entries to prevent the modification of a value
that is in use by another user.

Procedure

Contact the user o wait until the system unlock the tables
