Diagnosis
The packaging is maintained in such a way that it cannot be settled by any recycling partner assigned to the article. The Weight-Dependent Fee or Item-Dependent Fee indicators in the packaging assignment are however set for at least one recycling partner.
System Response
Procedure
- Check whether the recycling partner with whom you wish to carry out settlement is active.
- Check whether the assignment of the recycling partners is correct in the settlement period for the packaging.
