Diagnosis
If you want to run the program with the Customer not in Hierarchy indicator active, the program must have already been run in the corresponding period using selection criteria in the customer hierarchy area.
System Response
The declaration run is not executed.
Procedure
First execute a declaration run using a customer hierarchy, or deselect the indicator.
