First assortment declaration &1 has an incorrect status

Diagnosis
The history of assortment declarations must be complete. The first declaration must indicate the status 1 "NEU" on the declaration form. If such a declaration is cancelled, a gap will result at the beginning of the declaration history. In this case all following declarations have to be cancelled.

Procedure
The best way to handle is the complete redeclaration of your assortment beginning from a selected time. In addition all existing declarations have to be cancelled first.
